Security Deposit Requirements
A minimum refundable security deposit of $400.00 provides a $4,000.00 bid limit.
- Bids over $4,000 require a 10% refundable security deposit of the requested limit.
- "Buy It Now" purchases require a minimum $600 deposit.
- Security deposits are held until the purchase is paid in full and cannot be used toward the vehicle purchase price.

Title Status: Registration laws vary by state. A "clean" or "clear" title listed at auction may result in a branded or salvage title upon registration in your jurisdiction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify registration eligibility prior to bidding.
Title Processing: Processing times for ownership documents may take 5-7 weeks and may result in additional fees. Vehicles sold as "Certificates of Destruction" or "Non-Repairable" will only receive purchase agreements, not physical titles.
